Does Iris provide channels or content?+
No. Iris is a media player software: you connect your own sources — network streams, local files, cloud accounts, Jellyfin servers and podcasts. Iris organizes and plays, but provides no content.
How does the 14-day free trial work?+
Create your account and use every Premium feature for 14 days, no credit card required. When it ends, pick the plan you prefer — or pay nothing.
Which devices can I use?+
Windows (Microsoft Store), Android (Google Play) and, soon, Samsung TVs. Your account syncs favorites, progress and settings across all of them.
What is the difference between Standard and Premium?+
Standard covers network streams, local files, podcasts, EPG and metadata on up to 3 devices. Premium adds cloud sources (OneDrive, Dropbox), Jellyfin, the Master Playlist and up to 6 connected devices.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Cancellation happens right on your account page, no hassle, and you keep access until the end of the paid period.
Is my data safe?+
Your sources and credentials are encrypted and used only to play your media. We do not sell data and you can delete your account and all data at any time.
When can I cancel my plan and request a refund?+
Iris Media Player offers a free trial period before any charge. Since you can fully evaluate the app at no cost during the trial, there are no refunds after the paid subscription begins. You can cancel anytime from your account area; upon cancellation, access remains active until the end of the already-paid period and no further charges are made. Recurring charges only begin after the free trial period ends.
